While we were on our trip, Tessa and William decided to let Dean try food for the first time. They decided to start with sweet potatoes, and Dean had a pretty normal, but still funny, reaction!

That afternoon we took the kids horseback riding for the first time. They all seemed to like being up on a horse and had a good time. Ellie and Kadence went for their rides first and then Lily and Jack took their turns.

Lily had so much fun she gave her horse a big smooch after her ride.
All of the kids took turns giving the horses a few treats to say 'Thank you!'

After horseback riding we went back to the house to relax. Jack decided he needed some red Kool-aid so I decided that he needed to be shirtless and outside.
