Memorial Day at Spring Creek Park

We spent Memorial Day at Spring Creek Park with the Ligetti family. It was fun because the sun was out and the kids could get into the creek (though I must say, the water was FREEZING, and I don't know how they managed it). We brought a picnic lunch, played in the creek, played on the playground equipment, in the sandbox and went across the creek on the bridge a few times. By 2pm the kids were totally worn out, and everyone had had a great day.
Jack-Jack getting his toes wet.
Tanner looking for fish.
Ellie and Carsyn deciding what to do.
Jack-Jack picking up some pebbles.
Waving to the adoring crowds.
Ells got into the pebble tossing action too.
Well, really pebble dropping action.
Happy boy after eating some lunch.
Playing in the sandbox.
Jack, Ellie and Carsyn collaborating on a sand creation.
Jack is thrilled with the outcome.
The girls working on another masterpiece.
Another trip into the creek. Dan is so brave because that water really was freezing cold.
Carsyn doing a little dance on the way to the bridge.
Walking across the bridge.
Tanner, Amber and Carsyn taking a little break.
