We had a really nice Christmas Eve and Day with my family in NM. It combined just the right amount of joy, laughter, gratitude and drama. All in all, though, it was a great weekend, and I love spending the time with my family. The fun this year was amplified by the fact that this was the first year that Ellie understood the concept of Christmas, Santa and presents. It was fun to watch her have so much fun!

Watching Mary and Baby Jesus.

Tia Tessa and Uncle William. Aren't they cute??

Jack-Jack looking handsome!

All the adults watching Ellie in all her glory on Christmas morning.

Ellie wearing a coat that is size 12 months and actually a present for her brother. Fits her pretty well, I'd say.

After the bear coat, Ellie decided that clothing was over-rated and stripped down to her diaper. That is, until she got these fantastic boots. Then it was diaper and boots all morning, baby! Quite a fashion statement!

For a few minutes she added a hat and mittens, but that didn't last too long.

Jack-Jack on Christmas morning. He actually napped through most of present opening, but he didn't really care.

Ellie in her Christmas day outfit - notice the boots.

The BEAUTIFUL Christmas table.

Happy, Happy girl! She had a great day!
