FUN, FUN, FUN Weekend with Friends

This weekend our friends Liz, Duane, Aileen and Dave came in town to see Straight No Chaser to celebrate Liz's birthday. Our in town friends, Adam and Gina also joined us, which made it even better. It was a great show, we had an AWESOME time! Below is a recording of one of the songs we made with my Flip Video for Liz's son, AJ. They also sang this medley, which was so fun!! I highly recommend this show to anyone. Dan even said he would go see them again.



On Saturday the gang stayed to hang out and watch the Penn State vs. Ohio State game (such a sad, sad, game, but that's another story). It was a really fun day filled with...

naps, and...
playing with blocks, and...
reading about Miss Nelson, and...
visiting the pigs, and...
laughing, and...
kissing the pigs, and...
taking family pictures, and...
riding a baby pig, and...
trying on pink boots (NOTE: she took her shoes and socks off and had this pink boot on before Aileen, Liz and I turned around, it was so funny), and...
watching a sad, sad, sad football game (though everyone looks happy in this picture - it must have been a funny commercial).

Overall, though, it was a great weekend, and I feel so blessed to have such a great family and such wonderful friends!!
